When we began this engagement, AI wasn’t yet part of their product experience. Our goal was to introduce it thoughtfully and validate the new feature with sellers so they could understand, trust, and confidently act on seller insights within Linnworks. We focused on translating complex data into contextual insights that felt human, credible, and genuinely useful in everyday decision-making.
